NexBot ("we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered customer communication service for medical spas and aesthetics businesses. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you interact with a NexBot-powered business.
2. SMS / Text Messaging
When you call a business that uses NexBot and the call goes unanswered, you may receive a single consent-request SMS from that business. You must reply YES to receive further messages. No AI conversation or marketing messages are sent until you actively reply YES.
You may also receive SMS replies if you text a NexBot-powered business number directly, or if you have booked an appointment through an SMS conversation with a NexBot-powered business.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out of future messages. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Message frequency: One consent-request per missed call. If you reply YES, message frequency varies based on your conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
No sharing: Your phone number is used solely to facilitate communication with the business you contacted. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.
SMS and Mobile Messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
3. Data We Collect
We collect your phone number when you call a NexBot-powered business number. We also store the content of SMS conversations between you and the business. This data is used solely to provide the communication service and is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.
4. Data Retention
Conversation data is retained for up to 12 months and may be deleted upon request. To request deletion, email kareem@getnexbot.com.
