NexBot provides an AI-powered customer communication service for medical spas and aesthetics businesses. By using a NexBot-powered business, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. SMS Messaging Terms
When you call a business that uses NexBot and your call is not answered, you may receive a follow-up text message from that business. By calling a NexBot-powered business number, you consent to receive a follow-up SMS if your call goes unanswered.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on your interaction with the business.
3. Use of Service
NexBot provides customer communication tools for local businesses. Our services are provided as-is. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
NexBot is offered at $399/month with a 14-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to start your trial. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal. There are no refunds after the trial period ends.
5. Privacy
Your use of NexBot is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
